Despite to the volume of feedback we receive, we do our best to answer all questions. Bug reports will be investigated and (hopefully) resolved in upcoming versions. Comments and feature requests will be saved for inspiration and ideas when developing future updates.

Instructions for Bug Reports:

Please include as much detail as possible. This is helpful when attempting to recreating the issue on our end. At minimum, please include the following bits of information:

  • In what part of the app, and after what series of actions does the bug present itself? -What is occurring when the issue arises, and what were you expecting to happen if the app were functioning correctly.
  • Can you reliable recreate the issue? If so, what steps are your taking to do so. (ie: 1. Enter the Settings screen, 2. Tap on the Export button, 3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, etc.)
  • Your device model and iOS version (ie: iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15.1)
  • Have your updated to the most recent version of Punch? (Refresh the AppStore’s update page and look through the list of available updates. If you don’t see Punch in the list, you are on the current version.)
