Changelog

We’re constantly working to improve the app. If you experience an issue or have a suggestion, we’d love to hear about it. Your feedback is invaluable to us.

Note: Although we do our best keep this page up-to-date, the App Store version history should be considered the difinitive record.

2.0.2

  • Added walkthrough / tutorial to help you get the most out of the app.
  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

Note: Logger now requires iOS 16 (or greater) for this and subsequent versions. Unfortunately this was required for some exciting features we have coming up.

2.0.1

Generating a timesheet from a certain time period just got a bit easier. Entries can now be manually filtered by days, weeks, months, or years. Period presets are available to quickly create a timesheet for last week, this month, etc.

Also in this version:

  • Minor bug-fixes and performance improvements.

2.0

We’ve listened to your feedback and are excited to release a re-imagined Logger. We’ve completely rebuilt the app with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.

  • Tabs!
  • Performance updates and fixed a few annoying bugs.

The app is now organized into the four most important screens in a typical workflow:

  1. TIME CLOCK is the main screen where you’ll clock in and out.
  2. ENTRIES - A sorted list of your finished shifts. Tap on an entry to view and edit its details, or tap the (+) button to create one from scratch.
  3. TIMESHEETS - This new screen allows you to filter entries and displays your hours worked and paycheck estimate for the selected period. You can filter by day, week, month, quarter, year, or between custom dates. Once you’re happy, tap Export and generate a PDF timesheet to share with an employer or save for your own records.
  4. SETTINGS - Here you’ll be able to customize the app to your liking, set a default hourly pay-rate, and more.

Thanks for using Logger! We spent quite a bit of time on this update and really hope you enjoy like it! If you do, please leave a 5-star review. It helps us more than you might imagine.
